Shinobi Densetsu is anything but a game that can be defined by a single genre.
In this non-linear Platform-RPG with Fighter elements, you will take the role of a young Ninja, who wants to find the truth about the disappearance of his own parents, both revered as legendary warriors.
In his adventures, you will meet other playable and non-playable characters, learn and refine abilities, explore the world, go out on missions, and undertake your own quests, as finding your missing parents unfolds into a great conspiracy about the mysterious death of the emperor, and the consequent world-threatening war for the throne and lands.
How you play it, is largely up to you, and every player will find different ways of approaching enemies, overcoming hazards, completing quests or just exploring.
Its unique audiovisual environment takes from both the Anime/Manga universe, and from games of the 80's/90's, and that means expressive characters, vibrant colors, catchy sound effects, and an overall intense gaming experience.
